About auxin

auxin is a small consultancy of data engineers, analytics engineers, and applied scientists. We work end-to-end: from the warehouse schema to the model in production.

We exist because the modern data stack is great in slides and brittle in reality. Our job is to make it less brittle. We bring opinionated defaults, ship in small increments, and leave you with a system your team can own.

How we engage

• Design sprint — two weeks, fixed fee. We deliver an ADR and a working slice.
• Build — 6–12 weeks. We embed with your team and ship the system.
• Embed — quarterly. We stay on as a fractional data team.

Principles

• Idempotency over cleverness.
• Observable by default.
• Cost is a feature.
